About Erin Wooley, MBA

One of my passions is helping those most in need, whether it is students that need financial assistance, animals that need a forever home, or seniors that deserve to live with dignity. Everyone, including our fur-babies, should be afforded the opportunity to live the highest quality of life possible. 

For more than 20 years, I have worked in mid-size nonprofits, helping them transform underachieving programs into shining pillars of success. Much of my career has been in higher education, most recently serving as a Vice President of Institutional Advancement at a private college in Philadelphia. During this time, I raised more than $32 million over three and a half years, completely changing the culture of philanthropy at the College.

My goal in launching Strategic Fundraising Solutions, LLC is to help other people and organizations unlock their potential and achieve greater success. I want you to be successful so you can go on to make the world a better place through your mission and good work. That is why your success is my priority. The process of realizing the full potential of an individual, team, program, department, or organization is intrinsically rewarding. And the opportunity to help people and advance missions that make real, tangible impacts in people’s lives and society is what drives me. 

What makes me different? I have a rare blend of head and heart. My Head: strategic, critical thinker, problem solver, data driven. My Heart: inspires greatness, engages, uplifts, cares deeply. Put them together, and you have a real catalyst for change. And that’s what I do — I use my gifts to build a path forward with the people doing the work.
